JEYC, which stands for Junior
Episcopal Youth Community, is our
Middle School Christian Formation program.
The JEYC program uses the three
years of middle school to focus on helping
students recognize the gifts God has given
us, celebrating our creative potential,
and learning to interact as a community
of faith. JEYC meets from 9:00-9:45
a.m. in the Cabin each Sunday.
JEYC also meets each Wednesday
eveing for JEYC Wildlife from 6:00-7:30
p.m. in the Cabin.
EYC, which stands for Episocpal
Youth Community, is our Senior High
Christian Formation program. The EYC
years focus on accepting more adult responsibilities
in the ongoing life of the church and
being challenged to be good stewards of
one's time , talents and treasure. This
is a safe group in which to explore their
personal pilgrimage of faith and a group
of trusted peers to share the struggles
of the transition from teenager to young
adult.
EYC meets each Sunday evening
from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at youth's homes for
dinner, fellowship, and fun. Also, separate
guys and girls EYC Bible Study Groups
meet each Wednesday evening from 7:00-8:00
p.m. in the EYC Lounge and The Study across
from the Cabin. Call Rich @ 676-0629 for
locations.
EYC Confirmation Class will meet
with Father Tucker on designated Saturdays.
